Flavours
Here are some of the flavour combinations that we regularly use. If you have something else in mind, please get in touch and we can discuss how we can meet your requirements.
All of our cakes, unless otherwise stated, are layered with a delicious buttercream and covered with a layer of chocolate ganache then finished with the finest quality sugarpaste.

Classic
Vanilla
Light Madagascan vanilla infused sponge, layered with all butter raspberry curd or strawberry conserve and fluffy vanilla buttercream

Zesty
Lemon
Light and zesty lemon sponge, layered with an all butter lemon curd and
lemon buttercream

Lemon and Elderflower
Zesty lemon sponge infused with an elderflower syrup, layered with an all butter lemon curd and a floral
elderflower buttercream

Chocolate
Orange
Rich chocolate orange sponge, layered with a lightly whipped chocolate orange buttercream with a zesty orange curd

Rich
Chocolate
Decadent chocolate sponge, layered with a velvety whipped chocolate buttercream with an option to add a thick salted caramel sauce

White Chocolate and Raspberry
Delicate white chocolate
sponge, layered with a fluffy raspberry buttercream rippled with an all butter raspberry curd

Prosecco and Passionfruit
Light prosecco infused sponge, layered with a tropical fruity passionfruit conserve and passionfruit buttercream

Chocolate and Cherry
Rich chocolate sponge, layered with morello cherry conserve with a velvety cherry buttercream

Almond and Cherry
Almond sponge, layered with morello cherry conserve and a fluffy almond buttercream

Strawberry and Pink Prosecco
Delicate pink Prosecco infused sponge layered with a premium strawberry conserve
and silky strawberry buttercream

Coconut
and Lime
Light creamy coconut sponge, drizzled with a lime syrup, layered with a zingy lime curd and coconut buttercream

Salted
Caramel
Salted caramel sponge,
layered with fluffy salted caramel buttercream with a salted caramel drizzle
Special Dietary Requirements
All of our cakes contain dairy, wheat and eggs and are made in a kitchen where nuts and soya are used and therefore we cannot guarantee that our cakes will not contain trace amounts of these ingredients.
Portion Guide
Our portion guide below shows approximate servings, this should hopefully help give you an idea of the size of cake required for your guests at your special event.
Finger portions are 1” x 1” x 5" and dessert portions are 2” x 2” x 5".

Prices
All our cakes are bespoke and created to individual customer requirements, therefore prices will vary depending on the size and intricacy of the design. Please get in touch and I am more than happy to give you a more detailed quote.
Listed below are starting prices based on a round cake, which is ganache coated in Belgian chocolate, with a plain white sugar paste iced finish and sharp edges. Decorations such as sugar flowers, ruffles, shimmer tiers and piping, for example, will all be extra.
3 tier to serve 70 people - £295
